1. About Us

Seoul of Marrakech is a Moroccan-Korean café located in Itaewon, Seoul, Republic of Korea. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to Seoul of Marrakech.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access, or misuse any submission form. Accounts must contain accurate information.

3. Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us.
• Please arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time; late arrivals may forfeit the table.
• Cancel at least 4 hours in advance via your confirmation email or our contact form.
• No-shows may be subject to a fee for parties of 6 or more.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in KRW and include applicable VAT. We accept cards and major mobile payments. Menu items and prices may change without notice.

5. Allergens & Dietary

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, and shellfish. While we take care to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Please inform staff of any allergies before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Seoul of Marrakech and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. User Submissions

By submitting content via our forms (e.g. enquiries, reviews) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate and improve our services. You confirm the content is yours and not unlawful.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights under EU/UK law and the Korean Framework Act on Consumers.

11. Consumer Rights (EU/UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you retain all mandatory statutory rights, including the right to a refund for services not delivered as described. These Terms do not affect those rights.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is GDPR-compliant.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Consumers resident in the EU/UK may also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
